Executive Healthcare Services, P.L.L.C. is a
unique medical practice that provides personalized family medical care to
a limited number of busy executives and individuals, utilizing the latest
research and technology. By keeping enrollment limited, EHS delivers a
level of physician access and client convenience that traditional medical
practices cannot provide.
Access
Executive Healthcare Services provides
24-hour direct access to its physicians via cellular phone, E-mail and
pager. Appointments and services are made available to clients as their
schedules dictate. There is no waiting or hurried visit, and house calls
are available upon request. Clients are also afforded the time-efficiency
and convenience of telephone and e-mail medical consultations with their
EHS physician, often avoiding the need for an office visit. Through
unequalled direct physician access and convenient services, EHS clients
avoid the delays and inefficiencies which are intrinsic to conventional healthcare delivery.
Comprehensive Services
Executive Healthcare Services physicians
provide comprehensive preventive and acute medical services for adults and
children, combined with expert consultation and data interpretation.
State-of-the-art medical technology is used for disease prevention, health
screening and risk-factor assessment. Complete Executive
Physicals are available upon request, and clients are followed by periodic
health maintenance updates. In addition, EHS facilitates access to
(and closely monitors) ancillary healthcare services, including specialty
consultation, physical therapy, hospital care and radiological studies. A
healthcare concierge is available to coordinate and schedule client
services, and a periodic newsletter will address topical and preventive
healthcare issues. These services combine to form our Prevention &
Wellness Program, optimizing your long-term health. A quiet,
comfortable medical suite is devoted exclusively to EHS clientele. EHS
provides individual, family and Corporate services.

Executive Healthcare
Services was founded by
Mark E. Vasiliadis, M.D. and Kevin J. Kelleher, M.D., Board-certified
family practitioners who have built superior reputations in the Washington
Metropolitan community by providing years of exceptional family medical
care to their patients. Honors include area’s “Best Doctors”
selection by Washingtonian and Virginia Business magazines,
professional speaker status with several pharmaceutical companies, and
medical directorships of three local healthcare-related organizations.
Drs. Vasiliadis and Kelleher have outstanding professional relationships
with highly respected local medical and surgical specialists. EHS clients
are thus afforded exceptional primary and specialty care.
Fees
An initial registration and enrollment fee,
followed by a monthly access fee entitles individual clients to the
above services. Family members of existing clients are added at reduced
fees. Face-to-face physician visits are provided on a reduced
fee-for-service basis. While EHS physicians are not considered
‘participating providers’ by managed-care organizations, most insurance
plans provide ‘out-of-network’ benefits, which usually result in
significant reimbursement for these services. We encourage our clients to
consult their accountants, as payments to EHS may be covered by corporate
medical benefits or may be reimbursable through various medical savings
accounts (Section 125 Plans).
Summary
Many consider healthcare a top priority,
yet waste valuable time with extended telephone holds, crowded waiting
rooms, inconvenient appointments and prolonged physician delays. These
conditions have largely been created by our Managed Care system and too
often lead to frustrating medical encounters and disappointing
doctor-patient relationships. In response, Executive Healthcare Services has established a new
standard of primary healthcare delivery in the
Northern Virginia area.
